A note on liquid herbal extracts: Liquid herbal extracts are often referred to as tinctures, where an alcohol and water base is used as the extraction medium in combination with one, or a synergistic blend of, fresh or dried herbs. The body actually absorbs more nutrients from a liquid, as compared to a pill which can be more taxing to the body in general. These herbal extracts are highly potent, have a very long shelf life, and are more bioavailable therefore increasing the speed at which you may feel results. For those who wish to avoid alcohol, there are alternative formulations available.

A note on essential oil blends: When you inhale essential oils, they travel from your lungs into the bloodstream. Simply spray once or twice in your hands, rub together and inhale. The longer you inhale, the more powerful the effect. All the blends here are designed to be used topically as well, as in massage, or applied to local areas where balance is desired.
