Tea for menstrual cramps

Oswego Tea (Monarda didyma) is a beautiful flowering herb with wonderful medicinal properties.  It is a variety of beebalm, and it is the flower which is used in herbal It is an aromatic, bitter tonic, which is used as a tea for loss of appetite, for the common cold and feverish states, as well as for painful menstruation (without pathology). Only caution:  it should not be taken during pregnancy and lactation.
